I ordered from the site on Dec 11. It took until December 22 until they said they shipped it. No UPSP information ever happened. I wrote the company and they keep telling me to wait. There is no phone number for this business given, and their email responses to my queries were adolescent and not professional; telling me to wait etc. I asked my bank to cancel the credit charge and hope that will happen. I just think this whole site is suspicious and should be investigated for fraud. Thank you.
