Island Bae Boutique buys makeup products that can be hard to get like Kylie Cosmetics and Jeffree Star, then they resale them on their website. I ordered from them on April 30th, and I still have not received an email notifying me that my order has shipped. I've asked them about it three times already; the first time I was told that they were just waiting for the gloss I ordered to come in, the next time I asked I was told that they were not in the office at the time and that they'd check on my order once they got back to the office but I didn't hear anything from again until I asked about my order for the third time earlier this week and they told me that all of the orders were packaged and ready to be shipped but they could only ship on certain days. That was on Tuesday, July 12th. But since then they've deleted their Instagram account which was how most people got in contact with them, they said that they had deleted it because they were tired of people asking if the business was real or not. But lately, there's been a lot of complaints from their customers, about orders not being shipped and some saying that the products they bought were fake. They refuse to give refunds, even if it's been months since the order was placed and the company has posted pictures of customers information on their page because the customer filed a dispute with their bank. I made the mistake of placing an order with them and I want to help prevent others from making the same mistake, there's no reason anyone else should waste their money.
