December 27 i was on offer up and came across a store selling used iphones for a good price. After checking the profile i checked their website. On the site it shows their store location contact information and social media handles. So i decided to make a purchase for a iphone for 139.99 plus shipping and handling it totaled 167.77. After purchasing i recieved a invoice sayng shipment fulfilled. After waiting four days for the phone to be shipped express through fedex it never came. I called the number on the invoice and reported my issue that the phone hasnt been recieved. The call rep said her name was mary. She asked for my name email phone number and order number. She said that all agents were busy and she could put me down for a call back. I said ok. I waited and never got a call. The next day i check my email and i recieved two emails from the istore saying the phone was returned and refunded. I called the customer support on the invoice n my email and had a brief conversation a call rep that sound the same but gave a different name tina. She said the same exact thing as before can i get your name email phone number and order number. This time she put me down for a urgent call back. Still never recieved a call. As january 4 2020 i still havent recieved a call or phone from the company claiming to be apple resellers. Today i checked the website and noticed they changed their store number from the one on my invoice to a new. Ive also been blocked from calling the istore and all social platforms which leads to think ive been scammed.
