We have never heard of them. If you call this number - no mention of the company name!

Fake company. Fake Invoice. Shame on these scammers!

IT Admin is running a huge scam. They send vendors fake invoices and the check cleared their Wells Fargo Account. We have notified Wells Fargo of this Scam and they have REFUSED to assist in this matter. * *** *** *** ** ** *** ** *** *** *** This scam artist cashed our check based on fraud invoices for $1218.55. The scamers phone # is 800-609-8144 and email is [email protected] Please assist to shut down this scam artist!

This company called our receptionist and basically did some recon on our company. They asked who was in charge of the AP Department, her email address and also asked about what kind of printers we had and our address. They did all their homework, then attempted to email our AP Department with an invoice in the total amount of $1,218.55 for 2 items with a description name of "Hewlett Packard Laserjet Pro MFP M477 Supplies". Our AP Department reached out to the IT Department (myself) questioning this invoice. I did some looking into it and found that several other companies had the same issue with them. The phone number is just a number to some "Customer Service Center", nobody answers they only leave you with and option of leaving a voicemail. I've dubbed this a 100% scam and advised our AP Department to disregard the invoice and emails from them, and that I would report them to the BBB.

They mailed us an invoice with our receptionists name as the contact and then followed up with several phone calls for payment status. For 2 Xerox Supplies total price is $1,195.64 ($597.82 each) plus $22.91 shipping and handling charges. I gave them our accounts payable email over the phone in which they sent an invoice copy from their fake gmail accounts receivable email address along with a $100 Visa Gift Card offer to be overnighted. I wrote back saying this was clearly a scam and I had reported them to the ScamPulse.com, where there rating is clearly an "F" and others had clearly shared about attempted scams.

We received an invoice in the mail from this company and as the IT Manager, I flagged it as a scam. Our Accounts Payable then received a phone call from Debra Mitchell in the IT Admin Receivables Dept. She spoke with our accounts person about the invoice and told her there would be a followup email. We received the following message in the email; "It was nice speaking with you. I just wanted to make sure you've received this last terms invoice. Please see attached and let me know any payment status that's available. The preferred customer rewards are being processed."

There was no attachment to her email. Her email address is a red flag as it is a gmail address and not a business address and their is no website associated with this company.

Scammer contacted the receptionist, obtaining her name and to verify address.

Invoice for Konica Minolta supplies (we don't have any of these machines) received, dated 5/14/2019 for items we did not receive in the amount of $1,218.55.

Pete from IT Admin called today, June 3, 2019 asking to speak with the payables department but hung up before the call could be transferred as it took a while to get back to him.

Just received an invoice from IT Admin for some HP laserjet supplies that I did not order, nor did I receive anything from them. The total bill is for $1,218.55. The invoice looks very official - we even have a customer number.

The scammers sent us an invoice for $1,218.55 for 2 HEWLETT PACKARD LASERJET 200 printers. We never ordered these printers, and fortunately our internal purchasing process flagged it. They tried to sweeten the deal a week later, by offering us a $100 Preferred Account Gift Card if we paid the invoice. Don't fall for these scammers! If only a few of the recipients fall for this trap, they'll be making a lot of money. Hopefully law enforcement will catch up to them.

We received an Invoice via USPS mail for copier supplies for a total of $1,218.55

We lease our companys' copiers and printers so this Invoice didn't make sense.

They actually called to check status on the Invoice and why it hasn't been paid.

I asked them to email it to me ( so that I could have more information about them) they emailed the Bogus Invoice.

I asked them to send me a signed receipt for what they billed for, she told me that they needed payment first before they shipped the supplies so there was no signed receipt. I told her we didn't have an open purchase order for these copy supplies, she offered to cancel the order. She gave me a cancellation number and we hung up.

Be careful. If something looks strange coming through your mailbox, investigate it and don't fall to scams!

Our company received a mail from IT Admin claiming that we ordered Ricoh MP C2503 supplies from them and they sent a bill for it. We order all of our toners through our copier leasing company per our contract. Multiple attempts to reach them failed as the automated response says to call back if I do not know an extension number.

This guy called pretending to be our computer/IT company we deal with and asked me what printer we had and what number on front said. I ended up telling him and then asked him who he was and if we dealt with him. He only knew my first name because it is in my answering the phone, but he went ahead and somehow got my last name to put it on the invoice - I never told him that. We got an invoice for $1218.55 for (2) printers, the same one we have here in office and shipping costs. We never received or ordered these from them. After googling that business name, BBB.org came up and it turns out this is a scam company where they just expect people to pay the invoice.

If they really wanted to scam people, they should probably hire someone to make an actual real-life looking logo for their company and not send out crappy printer-printed on regular paper.
