Our company needed a new billing system that could support our plans to expand with 2 new locations and as the company that we were

using got more expensive we needed a cheaper alternative, so I started looking into options so I found ITR. The process was smooth and

I got the wrong impression that they were a well-intentioned and diligent company... oh boy how wrong was I. They were just waiting to get

our front payment to start avoiding us, they took our money and didn't give us a heads-up of what was coming from them.

Needed to revamp my CV and I was planning to do it with a

website, looking through options for a web developer I

stumbled upon ITR, and I informed them what I needed and

then Scott contacted me and spoke to me about what they

could do for me... he was capable to get me all hyped up and

honestly, I just paid them without thinking much about it.

Needless to say right after they got paid all ways of

communication was cut off.

online, got in contact with Scott Freeman and he was the one

who convinced me about taking the deal, However after

making the payment they just vanished with my money and

their phone is no longer valid, I even think they have my

number blocked.

gave me the best price and their sales pitch convinced me. They o??ered that we could tap the Chinese

market and looked like a no brainer for me a??er I accepted and paid the first half they delivered an

application that my 2yo kid could have done better a??er that they came up with a lot of excuses and

stopped assisting me.

Needed a website for a personal project and found an affordable option with quite good reviews on a

few forums. Contacted ITR through email to inquire about their services and after a few questions

about myself and what I needed, they gave me a price 9000 and then we agreed on 7500 as I ended up

disregarding a few features. When they delivered the website it was basically a picture, it was not

functional and they had already charged me for it they said that it was what we had already agreed

upon and that I couldn't get my money back.

I purchased 30,000 dollars in computer equipment from itresources, but these people are obviously a scam Chinese company, what I got delivered was a bunch of fake counterfeit bunch of crap, I have been trying to get in contact with them for almost 2 weeks to get my money back, but they just keep sending me to another phone line and trying to speak broken English or something, ITResources is a total scam company and should be terminated by the interpol or something.

It's incredible how they do it they have an incredible way of stealing peoples money

they earn your trust so fast that you won't even see it coming. First, they put you through Scott Freeman, he will gain your trust and get you ready for them to take your money straight out of your pocket, that's what they did to me as i wanted to create my business website and i advise you to stay away from them.

Scott Freeman and his company ITR (which is a coverup for a scam) just wiped me, i had planned on making a website for a forum that i had in mind (something Reddit like) they really dug in to the idea and we're really optimistic about it, they started working right away on it and as they made progress on it i was paying them as we previously agreed upon. Seems like they leeched enough money out of me after a point that they just cut me off entirely and kept all my money.

Found my self in the need of a website and after searching and price comparing i ended up dealing with ITR with them, Scott Freeman contacted me as he claimed to be the CEO wish i found quite weird but i gave it a pass due to the way that they were handling everything. they were supposed to deal with the hosting and name purchase and licensing after i completed the payment for everything they did for me everything just went offline, the website communication everything.

I continuously got ads about ITR regarding web design and as I found myself needing a website to present my CV and portfolio, so I reached out to ITR informing them about my needs for the website that I needed them to make for me. As they assisted and guided me to the process I do felt like they were very diligent and compromised to help me, but that changed as I made the fir payment of 1500 dollars their attitude suddenly changed and little by little they cut the communication with me and kept my money.

Met Scott at a convention and as we were walking around we started talking about that I wanted to set a recording studio he said that he knew people who could set that up and that he could link me up with them. So he did and ITR contacted me the next day, so I gave them the details and they gave me the price for their service, they said to be 9k and as I was looking to spend more than that everything looked ok so I agreed and they asked for half of the total amount so they could start working so I paid them the advance and I never heard from them again.

While hanging out at some crypto conference I encounter Scott Freeman in one of the booths, he sweet talked his way, I must recognize that I trusted the guy right away, even tho that I shouldn't, he really does have a way with words.

While talking I shared that I was planning on opening a call center and was more than excited to share with me that he had a business which could help me with it.

Long story short he disappeared after taking all my money.

networking upgrade for our business and everything went

really smooth until we got all this "Cisco equipment", after they

pretended to install everything and a week went by, we

started having some sketchy feeling about the performance

of the network. We contacted a family friend to check it out,

ad he found out that they used some cisco routers cases and

replaced the insides with some Chinese cheap [censored].
