Fake,scammmer site. [email protected] does not exist,the given address on north st in Saco ,Main is a vacant lot. They/he steals UPS tracking numbers,gives to PayPal to verify items were delivered even though no shipper name is given if it was given it would show a different shipper,the one he stole tracking number from.Maybe we all should report items missing parts or were damaged and request a ups pickup from Trang tank,then ship back trash and request a refund. Tran lives in Calif. and has $ transferred to a account in China.

I also bought 3 river tubes (I thought that the price was too good to be true!) and they also provided a UPS tracking number to PayPal showing that a package was delivered to my zip code. Opening a ticket with UPS I found out that the shipper was in Texas and had a phone number so I called them. They only ship medical supplies and said that they have received many similar calls about being scammed. I provided this information to PayPal and PayPal refunded my money.

SCAMMERS! ITAHOMESALE.COM scams everyone this to everyone, you pay via PayPal, they don't sent you ANYTHING or respond to ANY contact attempts. Then when you file a claim with PayPal, they provide a tracking number (somehow they find one which matches the timeline with a delivery to your zip code, but not your address) PayPal then states claim denied because Sy Tran, Tan Tranh, or Binh Trinh (one PayPal email address I have is [email protected] ) provided a 'tracking number' showing delivery. You will either need to PROVE the label didn't have your address on it by contacting UPS (if you get lucky someone will help you, otherwise they tell you that is confidential) OR you need to scam this guy back. Email him, tell him the goods were not as described/defective ask for a return label (which they state on their fake website they take returns within 30 days and they will pay for the return shipping if something was wrong). IF they provided you with a label then you can ship them back exactly what they shipped you (NOTHING) send an empty box back. NOW you can prove to PayPal the items were sent back via this new tracking number originating from your address...now PayPal will reverse the original denial of refund and get you money back to you. However, DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Check out itahomesale.com site: About page is totally fake, google their business address in Maine, that address does not exist. The fake UPS tracking number they gave me originated from California and delivered to my town but delivered to a "Dock" and signed by "Susie" I don't have a 'dock' at my HOME nor is my name Susie!

The website has household goods that are at prices too good to be true. When you pay for the product it goes to some sketchy pay pal account. No shipping info was given, and multiple attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful.

The “about us” section is a bunch of nonsense as well. I looked up the physical address and there is nothing there.

Same thing happened to me, scammed me out of $38.98 for 3 river tubes. PayPal has been of no help, they side with the scammers, because they somehow find tracking numbers to provide which show delivery to the buyers town, even though they sellers don't provide copy of UPS label (which will NOT show buyers address or name) It's shameful on the PayPal too!
