Fairly sure all the admins, the "verified" breeders, and the occasional happy customers are different puppet accounts part of the scam. Most of the profiles are very thin, one or two pictures, likes, mostly by themselves, many are listed as "retired veterinarians". Got referred to a breeder from a group admin, assuring me they are legit. The "breeder" insisted on a deposit before sending a contract and information about their dogs. Method of payment was all the red-flag places, like Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc. He would not agree to a phone or video call, claiming he is busy with daughter in the hospital. Red flags kept popping up. Could not provide registration on the dog parents, nor his last used vet license #. I asked to use PayPal, he sent me a donation link for something called "ISA Sigei", which actually appeared to be flagged as suspicious by PayPal (I tried sending $10 and got an error). Then he asked me to send the $500 deposit to a mail.ru address, claiming it was his fathers business "Aliahmed hassanali". At that point I was convinced the whole group is a scam ring and cut comms. Stay safe out there.
