I placed an order for a ring on 11/4/21. The order amount was $115.45. The item did not arrive within they commuted timeframe, so I contacted Italo via email by replying to my order confirmation email. They sent the tracking number; however the package was cited as “undeliverable no such address”. I receive packages often, so that is not true. My address was verified repeatedly and correct within the tracking information. They finally agreed to “re-send”. Again, the package was late so I contacted them again. The same issue occurred. The tracking info must’ve been fraudulent. I have contacted Italo Jewelers 10 times since mid-November to about receiving the merchandise and then seeking a refund. Although they reply, I have yet to receive a refund confirmation from PayPal. Since it’s PayPal, I can’t dispute the charge until it’s been 180 days. I’m asking that Italo Jewelers be held accountable and my money refunded. Thank you!
