I received a call from someone claiming to be from ITC my computer support company. The caller sounded foreign and was telling me that the company was shutting down and moving to the United Kingdom. The caller wanted me to go to a website and provide my information so that they could send a refund back to my bank for the software and support I'd purchased. I did not go along with it. When I told the caller I knew he was a fake he hung up on me. I called the actual number for ITC and they confirmed they were not going out of business nor moving to the United Kingdom.

Consumer received a call from a man with an accent - They were calling about the mans computer and how they can clean it up. Consumer requested to be placed on their do not call list and was advised it would cost $100.
