I ordered an otterbox defender for a s7 edge. I recieved a knock off case in otterbox packaging 2 months later.

I had purchased an otter box for an iPhone which I thought was a good deal. I did not receive a confirmation email but they had no problem taking my money within minutes. It has been 4 whole weeks and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them and I got a few replies from the same person giving me the same responses. “Don’t worry” “be patient” and blamed the poor shipping experience on Covid and “bad weather”. When I purchased this case, the website it was located in the USA but it is really from China. The last email I sent was me requesting a refund because this is a Freud and now I have not heard from them and it’s impossible to reach them any other way. Do NOT order from them. Freud Freud Freud. This website needs to be taken down immediately so no one else gets scammed.

I just tried ordering a otterbox and this company stole 98 dollars outta my account over a 21 dollar outterbox.this company is a scam dont use them report them and get this site banned..now I had to cancel all my bank accounts and start over..no inehas time for this stuff when u work a full time job it's to much aggravating and to steal from people during a world pandemic ita the worst..what a sham ...please take my advice dont order from here they will steal and drain your bank account with nothing in return scam scam scam scam

Hi, I would just like everyone to take a moment to read this. I’m a theetime victim of identity theft/hacking/frauds charges. I cannot say 1000% but do not buy anything from this website. Last night when I couldn’t sleep I came across a really good price on an iPhone OtterBox case on this website I really was hesitant but I went ahead and ordered it without really checking into the accreditations etc because it was getting very late, but when I woke up today and went to work I got a text message from my banks fraud protection department asking me if I made a purchase of $19.47 to Pokeone in Shanghai, so needless to say I did not. My bank card is now shredded I have to wait for 14 days to get a new card, I have no way to access my bank account, I have no ATM card again, all I’m going to say is I have looked into this a little bit further since I’ve gotten off work today and done with my bank. It appears That they say that this websites physical address is in Oregon, USA, but I’ve read a lot of people saying that it is located in China somewhere. I find it to be a very very very big coincidence that I made a first time purchase on this website around midnight and the very next (same) morning someone has tried to charge my card in Shanghai for some Pokémon game. I do believe I got scammed. I’m also now reading some reviews which are sparse and they’re all saying that they’ve had similar issues, they are all saying that the products they received if any are knock off‘s, they are all saying that no one wants to answer any of their concerns, they are all saying the same thing. On that note I am pretty glad now the payment did not go through I won’t be receiving my OtterBox phone case, and I am actually glad considering I’m sure it wasn’t real. I had to learn this lesson the hard way. It’s going to take weeks for all of this to get figured out with my bank etc. I was just hoping even if I save one other person the hassle that I am going through it’s worth it. I believe they have my name address probably phone number and debit card information definitely, even though it’s now shredded and doesn’t exist, I believe that they have done this more than once. I just find it too coincidental but now that I’m reading reviews they’re saying that it’s being shipped from China when they do receive product and this very morning after making a purchase from them I have a fraudulent charge from Shanghai. I went to google an OtterBox phone case and came across this website because they “supposedly” had it for a cheap price. I ordered it and they gave what appeared to be a false confirmation number. I then tried contacting them but website only gives an email address. They never responded nor have I received any product. It has been 2 weeks but they have taken my money and I looked at my bank statement and saw there was an international processing fee taken out also for a product I still haven’t received! Once you order, there is no way to contact this company. It is a fraud!! Stay away from this fake company!!!!
