Product never shipped. I wrote to follow up 3 times requesting tracking links, shipping updates, etc. Received 'pleasant, hopeful' replies the first two times; after I warned them I'd report the company for a scam on my 3rd email, they ghosted me. I will be asking Discover to help me recover the money, but want to warn other potential customers about this company.
