What's most disturbing is he was in the process of getting more money from him and our financial advisor and banking brought it to our attention thankfully. Even more shocking is this man attempted to "set up" his "sister" with Anthony claiming that he knows he's lonely and she would be good for him! Thankfully, we intervened and wrote a quick text to this man and let him know if he came on the property at ***** **** ****** we would call the police. We also let him know that includes his "sister".
Please note my uncle wrote out two large checks for $12,400 and $11,000 and then the man insisted on cash and my uncle withdrew large amounts from there to cover what the man claimed was supplies!!!!! We reached out to this man and he "blessed" me and my mother and indicated he would send all the pictures of the work he's done thus far and provide a proper contract.....which he never did!!!

He saw it from a job they were working a block over behind the house
When permission was given to check the roof he came back with another Irishman with a Ladder.
They when up and came down with Pictures of Damage around the parging around the Chimney.
They spoke with my Fiancee
They said the Job would cost $3600. She agreed
They came back the next day Friday 6/28/242 hour late.
They dropped off a Mexican laborer with a ladder and he started working on the Chimney.
Later in the afternoon both Irishman returns and went up to the roof then said there was a major problem that showed us a video of a roof that looked like ours that had severe damage we didn't believe them because the roof was replaced four years ago they left for the day leaving a ladder on the side of the house Fill Up on the Roof we inspected the roof and took pictures and there was no damage the other thing we discovered was that the chimney that they worked on was actually the next door neighbors and not ours the houses on the end of a row house in Bayside Queens on 195th Street.
We sent the cease into cyst email to the email given to what's on the flyer and the letterhead they're due to come back tomorrow one of the things besides leaving the ladder up during a major storm which is happening at the moment they left all the debris up on the route to next to the neighbor's chimney they were driving trucks with New Jersey tags and no company logo or license information for New York
