This company somehow received my credit card number and charged me without authorization $12.99 for IT support services. When I called to find out how they received my credit card number and who authorized them to charge it, they could only say they work with many cable and phone companies, and one of them authorized it. They were unable to tell me who. They said they are based in Florida.

Looks to me that this company illegally obtained my credit card number since they are unable to tell me who gave them the number or authorized them to use it. I had to cancel my card and have a new one issued. Very frustrating.

Be careful in doing business with this company.
