Had email from amazon saying I had ordered something. Called them. They said I had virus on my computer and transferred me to someone who could help me. Idt info solutions LLC. They took control of my computers. Said lifetime services. Wanted me to send them check for 373. 98. Fedex would pick it up. Looked up company ,now have doubts. Says they where with red hat professionals. Now my home computer won't come on. What's going on. They put all sorts of stuff on my computer. Is this a scam????
