I was offered a work from phone job as an Administrative Assistant. The scammer got my information from Cal-Jobs. The scammer had me "training" for a few days then sent me a check to buy supplies for the job. The scammer wanted me to send money to a so called vendor through zelle or cash app then buy gift cards to pay vendors for my supplies. The check was fake.
