Offered a service call to see what needed to be done to repair gas water heater. Claimed to have performed a "diagnostic service" and repaired nothing. Charged $526 for the service call to say that it would be $4000 to replace. Then said $1000 to replace the valve which is a $150 retail part. Then offered to do the $4000 replacement for $3000. Price changed constantly, and nothing was done at all. Complete rip off.
