On October 27, 2022 I was approached by Alexis with an investment/ educational opportunity that Ivan was offering. The deal was that for an investment of $7000 we would have an ROI of $71,000 as well as be educated on Airbnb operations. On October 28 I spoke to Ivan and he shared details that he was just doing this out of the kindness of his heart to help others have an opportunity to make some money. For the investment, we would be investing in an Airbnb property that Ivan already owned in Hollywood and we would split the profits that were made from November to January. However, there were four of us and Ivan was not willing to pay to pay us out separately so we were required to open an LLC so that way the return can be in one name (Weusies LLC.) We were required to pay the $7000 the beginning of November, Ivan would begin educating us right away, start looking at Airbnb properties the beginning of December, would be paid our profits the first week of January, and would be able to get our first Airbnb property with the payment from Ivan.

And then it will take a few extra days. On January 23. I’ve been notified us that his bank account is under review and that his accounts have been frozen. He tells us that this is happening because he does not have a investment license. So that he won’t be fulfilling our contract obligations that he’ll be returning our initial investment money. However, up until this point he hasn’t done either and he’s not responding to phone calls.
