This particular company is based out of the UK and claims to sell inexpensive items with delivery in a timely fashion. I purchased two Marvel sweaters on the 10th of December. When my item did not arrive the 17th of December I contacted them to see where my item was only to be told it was not shipped yet and there would be a delay. I was emailed and told that I could wait for my items or opt to have my order cancelled. I opted to cancel that day which was the 17th of December. I was then emailed telling me that my items would be shipped within 48 hours instead of them cancelling as I had requested along with the refunding of my money. They again sent me an email disregarding my refund request. I am still waiting for my refund request to be fulfilled as of December 21st,2021. This company has many online reviews of being a scam and i wish I would've known before making any kind of purchases with this company as it should be shut down to prevent others from loosing their money and time.
