Was looking on Amazon for a Nest Camera. Found one on IZHOMEKITCHEN.com for a great price. Thought since it was listed on Amazon it was legit. Money was immediately taken out of my account, no verification email, no product ever came, nothing. Complete scam

This place is a home residence and not an online store. Their “products” show up on the google shopping tab and that’s why I thought it was a legitimate site. They send an email with confirmation of purchase to your email as well. They are complete frauds.

Went on website to order a grill. Got confirmation email with order number. After a couple of weeks never heard anything from them about when it was going to be delivered. Went on website to send a question form and still nothing. After another couple of weeks sent another one and still no response. Went away for a couple of weeks and had no internet where we were so I couldn't check on it. Got home and went onto website and it was no longer there. Received my credit card bill and they had charged me for it. I called the credit card company and they are filing a dispute so I can get my card credited the amount of the grill. Also called the phone number listed on my credit card bill next to the charge and you get an answering maching with someone saying "if you are call about IZHomekitchen you have the wrong number. For some reason they listed my number on their website and I think it's a scam". There was no phone number listed on their website just an address. Maybe this person is the scammer not sure. Hopefully my credit card company gets it resolved before someone else starts using my credit card number. Don't know if I can cancel card before my dispute is resolved.

Google search brought up this online marketplace offering tons of products at reasonable discounts. Merchandise never received. No contact information anywhere. I have disputed this with my cc company as a fraud.

Bought an apple watch. Three days later cancelled my order. That was 22 days ago, still no refund. I have reached out to them 4 times. They have no phone number listed on their website.

I tried to order a sand filter pump from here and got a order # but never received anything about shipping which i thought was odd, so i contacted them or tried to several times and never heard anything back from anybody. I checked my order on there website and now it says that i have been refunded but still have not received it 2 weeks later. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

My fiance attempted to purchase a Bluetooth speaker for me. Charged 79.99 to CC. When we tried to track order we noticed order saidit was cancelled and would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. That was almost a month ago. We've sentmultiple emails, get a generic response that we would be contacted in 24-72 hours twice now...never been contacted!

Deal sounded great on web site, which I should have questioned. Got an e-mail conformation on purchase but I didn’t notice there was no contact info, they even charged sales tax. 3 weeks later no delivery and can’t find any contact info to call them. Call my credit card company to report and they have no contact info for the transaction either. Can’t believe in my late 40’s I finally got had.

They will accept your credit card and bill you - you will not receive an order number nor tracking id. Contact your bank immediately to stop payment. No item was received.

Searched google.com for a Barbie Dreamhouse and clicked on ad for izhomekitchen listing for sale at $98.77 (including tax); great!...figured it was a closeout. Received order confirmation email from [email protected]. Product was not delivered, after 15 days visited the website and was able to find 'order tracker' which reported that my order status was Refunded. But it was NOT. Contacted credit card company to dispute the transaction. As it is now a few more days later, I am not even able to find any company contact information or the order tracker link that I accessed a few days ago. SCAMMERS GO AWAY!!! Shut this site down!!

Ordered a garbage disposal, was told the next day it was out of stock and our money would be refunded. It has now been two weeks and we have not received a refund or a garbage disposal. We have contacted them twice via their website “contact us” which is a form you fill out and they claim they will get back to you within 24-72 hours. We haven’t heard a thing. No phone number is available on the website.

Saw an Intex sand pump for an above ground pool for $91.99 which is originally around $200 so I assumed it was just an overstock item and bought it. They took the money right out of my account upon purchasing and filling out my information. After about 2 weeks of the order pending, I got an email saying they had added it as an in stock item but they hadn’t actually had it in stock and they went ahead and refunded my money. Still haven’t seen it.

Found what we thought was a good deal on a kitchen product. I read what I thought were good reviews of the site and of the product. After they deducted the money from our bank account, and we never heard from them we started doing more thorough investigation and have realized that all reviews were probably fake. We have tried several times to contact them via their website and what appears to be a fake order confirmation without any response. We will be contacting our bank tomorrow to see if a refund is possible and we will be changing our account information.

A Google search for an item that I was shopping for showed a great deal on the item at this website. I visited the website and everything seemed legit. The price was much lower than anywhere else but not quite "too good to be true". There were limited quantities of the product available (only about 7 I think) and there was a countdown timer for when the sale on the item would end (only about 3 hours remaining). So I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the item at such a great price. I received an email confirmation just as i would with any online purchase and still everything seemed legitimate. Over the next couple of days I checked the website again and became suspicious when I saw that the countdown timer just restarted every time it ended and the available quantity didn't seem to change much. After a couple of days the item was eventually listed on the website as being sold out. I checked the status of my order and it had changed from "processing" to "refunded". It is now 6 business days since I saw that the order was "refunded" and the money has still not been credited back to my account. I have used their online contact form a couple of times but have not received a reply back. They have no phone number listed on their contact information and their address appears to be a residential home in Denver, CO. I did another Google search for this website and found others with similar stories about this website. Today makes 13 business days since placing the order.

I ordered a mattress online. I did not receive conformation code for delivery. I looked up my order an it said my order was being refunded. I contacted through email an received nothing. I then looked up the website an there has been multiple post regarding they have been scamed as well. Now they have my credit card info.

Fake company , I purchased an Oral B tooth brush on line , received an invoice and e mail saying that I would receive the product in 5 to 7 Business days, I asked for tracking number received no response now it is two weeks and no response to my e mails

I went online and ordered a blender from this website on 7/28 and got an order confirmation right away and then on Monday they charged my credit card but I never got an shipment confirmation, tr# or the order. I got back on their website to try and contact them but there was no phone #. Only their address, business hours or you could email them through their website. I emailed them through their website and got an email confirmation they got my message and would contact me within 24-72 hrs. I waited 72 hours and never heard back so I emailed them from that

email confirmation asking for tr# or a refund asap! They still never responded nor have I ever received my order. I started researching their company and everything on line sounds like they are scammers and a fraud. I also googled their address which is a house! I went to my Bank on Monday 8/6 and filed a dispute to the charge and a fraud complaint. As of today now I have someone trying to use my identity to apply for a retail credit card however I shut that down thanks to my Lifelock agent contacting me to question it. This company needs to be shut down immediately so this doesn't keep happening. I have all my emails & order confirmation to prove all this!
