Placed an order for a Chrome Book for $98.66 on 10/22/18. Received an email confirmation for the order. A few days later another email said the item was no longer available and that a refund would be coming which could take up to 21 days. It is 11/21/18 and no refund has been applied to my credit card. Neither of the emails they sent could be found in any of my email folders. It was like they were erased. The website is gone also.

I purchased Bose wireless earbuds for 87.96$ on 10-20-18. Like everyone else they told me right away in a email that it was out of stock. They then went on to say the will refund my money in 7-21 days. That time has come and gone and now I'm out 87.96$. The website no longer exists and I'm filing a complaint asap. Please save your self from getting robbed.

I did the purchase online on 10/15/2018

They took moneyfrom my credit card, a couple of week passed but I never hear from them. I send email to them and they told me in response that it was cancelled and refund was issued, never got my money back..

I placed an order for an Ambient Weather Station on 10/21/18, which their site showed was available, and received the following email, " Your order has been received and is now being processed. Your order details are shown below for your reference: Order #xxxx (10/21/2018)". Two days later, after they had already taken my money $99.35 I received another email stating, "While our website may have indicated an in-stock status, one or more items in your order were not in stock at the time your order was to be fulfilled. Your order cancellation will process today, and we are currently processing your refund. However, depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 7-21 days for the money to be available in your card balance. If you have any further questions, please contact us. We sincerely apologize for this problem." I work at my credit union and know that we don't have any control over when debit card refunds are credited back to a customer. I have waited for almost a week and still have not received a refund. I sent them a followup email a few days ago asking for an immediate refund, but have not heard back from them. Based on other reviews that I've read, this seems to be a trend for this 'company'. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company or not. I just want my money back.

I went on this site after finding it on google and it was for a 32in TCL Roku tv and after my purchase I got no email and the tv was supposed to have arrived in 7-10 business days and I haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed them over and over and no response and everything is telling me they’re scamming people out of their money.
