Tried their suggested "online chat", but that requires a login to a website I don't have a password for. Tried to reset the password, but that didn't work either.
Was told I needed to call an 800 number to cancel. Tried that, was put through to an automated system which required me to enter a credit card number to confirm cancellation.
Contacted customer support via email, they replied:

"We are sorry to hear that you would like to have your account cancelled. For security purposes, we must validate your account prior to cancelling and cannot do this by e-mail. For this reason please contact our Customer Support Department at 1-866-563-9212 option 1. To immediately reach a Customer Support agent press the * (star key) at any time.
