He knew it all. Said he worked with the IRS he took my credit cards. Total money loss is 7k.
He had me buy $500 in apple cards in order to make up fees so I could get my 18k invested. That wasn't the case. As said before, other fees kept coming up. The last time I chatted with him on Instagram, he said I only needed 2k to get the certificate and my 18k.
That never happened.

He told me everything was ok and legal. He told me to give him my personal checking account info. He told me to buy crypto and apple cards. Then other fees came up
