Terrible customer service to boot

As other have said I was asked to collaborate with this company, I thought some of their styles where worth the money and I wanted to give it a shot, I'm all for supporting small businesses.

Still waiting for my items to arrive and unfortunately now I have to be away from home for medical reasons, I contact the support email for Shipping estimates and they just brush it off as, awaiting shipping, after I had to leave I request to cancel my orders because I will not be home to recieve them and spontaneously they have now already been shipped! What a coincidence!

I contact support again because over ten days without an updated tracking asking what carrier they used(unless backlog occurs a courier is required to log each trackable shipment unless the company is 1.lying about shipment being accepted or 2. Lying about purchasing trackable insured shipping)
I need to know when the estimated time of delivery will be to have someone come and be available to accept my package.
Low and behold customer service is ignoring my messages...
If you don't want a hassle and worry if your items will even be received
DON'T SHOP HERE
Order date was April 24th and still waiting for a shipment update may 15th, now I just want my damn money back

I was asked if my daughter would be a brand ambassador for this company. I ordered two outfits because I thought it was a cute brand. When the clothes arrived they had no labels saying jack and bo on them and they were falling apart. Jack and bo was not written on the package or clothes. It is clear to me that they are taking peoples money and then ordering a really cheap outfit from another website and having it mailed to you. After looking alittle further I saw that it was being sold on another website for 7 dollars and this “brand” charge me 35 dollars. When I ask for my money back they said it was not damaged or stolen. When I pointed out they didn’t have label on them they said “we are a small family business and just haven’t expanded enough to get our labeled on OUR designs. We will be sending your complaint to the back office.”
