After purchasing female Shih Tsu for $650 puppy was given to shipper. Once at the airport we were emailed by shipper Express Pet Shipping requiring $850 for a special crate and then few hours later $1500 for pet travel insurance using Amex gift cards. Both were to be refunded when puppy was safely delivered. Shipper kept demanding funds and seller said he couldn't retrieve the puppy because he didn't know where it was. Never got the puppy.
