I ordered a jacket from Jackets Creator and received the wrong one end of April 2022, I reached out to them to advise and get a return label so I could ship it back. We went back and forth by email and they kept asking for pictures. I kept following up with no resolution, except they were trying to get in contact with the person that might have my order. Reached out numerous times to get this resolved as of June 13, 2022 (almost two months later), I received a text message from the guy who got my order and I got his. Why would a company give out my personal cell # to another customer and told us to handle it. This company is a scam do not buy anything from them!
