I received and as on Facebook for a bounce house business. I reached out the them via Facebook messenger and inquired about their services. We came to a mutual agreement of renting 2 bounce houses for my son’s birthday on 8/24/2024 for a total of $400. They requested a down payment of $200.00 upon booking with them and they will send an invoice reflecting this. After I made the $200 down payment on 7/18/2024 via Zelle. I did more looking into this company and found they are located outside the tri-state. I messaged them on 7/17/2024 asking for a full refund. They have responded with “be patient” or “hold on”. I am unable to contact anyone from the website nor the phone number they provided to me for the zelle transaction. I received a phone call from an ***** on 7/18/2024 at 11:10am from phone number 1 (601) ********. ***** stated he was the owner of this business and he has multiple different people that answer the Facebook messages. I stated to him I would like a full refund of my down payment of $200.00 and I text messaged him the invoice and zelle confirmation that I sent via Facebook messenger and via email. He stated that was not him he would not deliver to NY as he is in MS. ***** contributed to state he will not be refunding any money as it was not him and hung up the phone with me. I have been continuing to try to contact the company via Facebook messenger, email and text messages and not received a response yet. I would like to have a full refund of my money in the total amount of $200.00.
