Jacob Brown called me saying I will be arrested in 30 minutes because I owe money. I hung up the phone and the number called back and it said “Scam Likely” on the caller ID. He claimed to work for the ScamPulse.com and gave me a bunch of facts that terrified me. He gave me a badge number and told me I owed the IRS.
