Jacob V Wanawich showed up at my door saying they were in the neighborhood doing sealcoating. I hired them to do my driveway and the cost was $175. The work was not good and the only info we have is a flyer he gave us with the name Pitch Black Seal Coating on it and above that he wrote Mr. Black Top. He had 2 numbers on the flyer, the first one was a 608 number that went to another business. The 224-508-0312 was his personal cell, which we have not been able to reach him on. The work was not good and now we cannot reach him. He had me write on the check to him personally and it was cashed immediately.
