Conditional Job Offer
We are thrilled to be able to extend you a conditional offer for the position of Inventory Coordinator at Jetstet. We cannot wait to find out how your contribution will enrich your team and Jetstet as a whole.
As discussed earlier, your starting salary would be $3200 for the probationary period and will be paid out at the end of your probationary period via paper check. You're also allowed to request reimbursement for qualified expenses up to the allocated amount of $100.
You will be working Monday through Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM your local time. This is a work from home incumbent, so no relocation is required.
Shortly, you will receive a RightSignature® email with the Employment Agreement attached. This conditional offer will become an official job offer upon successful submission and approval of the Employment Agreement and related required document submission. You are encouraged to read the Employment Agreement prior to signing. Please follow the instructions included to sign the RightSignature® containing the Employment Agreement.
Once your submissions have been approved, you will be assigned with your curator within 1-2 business days. Your curator will be your point of contact for the entire duration of your employment in this position. Direct any job-related questions to your curator and he/she will be able to assist you. You will also receive duties, assignments, system resources, logins, etc. from your curator.
All employees begin as probationary staff for the first 30 days. Following the probationary period, an assessment will take place. The result of the assessment test, performance evaluation metric from the CRM and curator's feedback will all be taken into consideration to extend your employment to a permanent role. Please note that this employment is offered to you on an implied-in-fact contract basis. This means that if either of the parties wants to end employment, they need to submit a two-week notice.
