My wife and I paid for services on a pair of boots from Jacqi in august 2018. They were quaranteed October 2018. The timeline kept moving and now she has gone silent since mid 2021. She is a complete scam artist and her business license needs to be pulled permanently. I have spoken with half a dozen other people with the same issue. Jacqi says she has medical issues…. My wife and I also have medical issues we are paying for, now we are expecting to pay for Jacqis also? She works the system so statue of limitations apply. I also so there is a complaint exactly like this, I highly doubt that person ever got their money back. I work hard for my money and to give it for services and never receiving them and now knowing my money paid for her medical experience is absurd. She has blocked our phone numbers and has also blocked us from all forms of social media.
