Got 110 out of account 2 times and I have no idea what to do.

I had a charge from them appear on my account for $103.95 from Jade Trans Smart. I have no clue who or what this is and did authorize it. Reading the note on looking it up to contact it says it's a fraud??.

I order face cream from them after they said it was free just had to pay shipping $7.95. It never came and my bank called me and said this company tried to take out $103.95 Jun 30/2020 first time at 1:27 am then again at 5:25 am. My bank stop the transaction they should be stoped, and prosecuted that is fraud and I'm sure there are laws against theft.
