Scam scam scam

Am from Italy, Am facing the same issue, I have but things from this same company Jadefern, and is over 8 months I didn't get my order, am still beging them to refund my money, now them don't even reply to my email, this people are scam

Hiiii my name is Khalid and I'm from bahrain I'm gcc citizen I have order stuff from the site name jadefern and I pay them 26 dollars and it's been 3 or 4 months since I order and still I didn't get my order they r just keep saying we are doing our best and they don't do anything I think they r scaming on us so plz don't deal with this people *******

I am facing exactly same issue and I will report this to the German police authorities. The online credit facility must be flagged as scam. This is a big scam going on. I have continuously emailed and it seems they using same play book to answer people. Most of their responses seem vague. No proper tracking of items ordered. This is highly unacceptable.

Fraudulent scam website

I purchased a winter jacket from a ad on Dec 31st, and never recieved it. I emailed the only option they gave on the confirmation email. They responded with delays in sending, and repeated statements of finishing product, waiting for courier to pick it up, c etc etc. But no logistics or tracking number provided.

I purchased some sneakers from the website on January 4th, 2022 Tuesday. I have been trying to contact the company for several days now. They have only provided the email address to contact them. No one has responded to my emails. They have taken the funds off of my credit card and I an trying hard to get my money refunded back to me. No one from this company has responded to my emails. Beware of this company.
