this guy says he knows me i don’t know him said he wants to help me because i’m poor and in need of money or housing. he offered to give me enough to pay all bills and live cofortable for a few years. then it takes gift cards to activate payment then i have to be verified more money in gift cards he said he promised the money would be in account if i got 1 more 10 dollar gift card i sent 15 and still is not there told him i’m reporting him
