Type of a scam Online Purchase
I just received my order, which firstly is clearly not James Avery nor are they good quality at all. Second I did not receive one ring that was in my order. They are all different and I’m genuinely so disappointed. Please refund my money and give me instructions on what to do to return these rings.

We are sorry for this situation, the items you got are nice too, how about keeping them this time, we would like to give you a special discount for your next order.
Me: Are you refunding the money I paid for rings I did not get?? Or are you offering to send me the rings I originally ordered as well as keep the rings I have? I am very confused.
Them: Dear customer, how about we send it along with your next order?
Not only did they completely misrepresent themselves as being James Avery but they obviously had no intention of sending me my original order. Given the quality of the rings I received I’m sure I would have been disappointed had I received my original order anyway. The fact that they will not refund me is bad enough but to at least not give me any of my order or ask me to place a second order with a discount and you know maybe they’ll send my first order correctly then…it’s crazy. I cannot believe it. I feel incredibly stupid.
