I received a phone call from a recording (that repeats itself) from a "James C***". The message did not state my name, but did state that I was part of a "enforcement action" by the US Treasury for money that I owe. The phone number left for me to call was 716-442-0578. The message threatened that if I didn't call back, I would be charged in a magistrate court. The voice on the recording had a heavy accent. I did not call back.
