Type of a scam Credit Cards
I went to the address that I was given and noticed there was a realtor sign on the property. I informed this James that I had a quote ready for him and send it to the E- mail address he provided, at which point James called me direct with the following. he would give me his card numbers and give me $15000.00, $8000.00 as a down payment for the work but, he needed me to do a favor for him and give $7000.00 to a gentleman name Dan so he could give the owner of the house the balance of the amount he owed in buying the house. When I pushed back asking about permits I was told that Dan would give me all the paper work needed to do the job. I have called the realtor office and was told that the house has been in foreclosure for the past 8 months and there was no activity on the house.
On March 29, 2016 I received the same text only this time it was from another number and the name was Brent.
Today April 21,2016 I have again received the same text and again from James.
