This is a pet scam. I initially was worried about this being a scam so I asked for proof showing a video of the dog including date and time. I received this footage. So I was assured that this was not a scam. I then paid the money thru Zelle to them and all was going well. The next day I was told that the seller sent the puppy via Quick International Express and received the tracking number etc. from the shipper. About an hour later, I was called and told that an incorrect crate was being used and I needed to send $700.00 immediately before the puppy could be shipped. I refused and was advised that the shipping company was going to report me for animal abandonment. Of course the guy at the shipping company and the individual owner James sounded alike and were definitely foreigners with broken English. So James took care of the incorrect crate cost. So things went on from there. I verified with them that the puppy had already left and was on its way. I was told yes. The next day I called to see where the puppy was and found that it never shipped because I did not pay the insurance. Once again they told me if I did not pay I would get animal abandonment charges on me as I am the owner. I have been harassing them and was told I will get my money back but have not seen it.
