James Wright claims to be the landlord of 106 Lake Street in Ithaca, NY. Michele Molly posted a Craigslist ad, advertising a sublet saying she had to go to Florida to be with family due to death of sister but to contact her landlord, James Wright. He sends a sublet agreement, asking for one month rent and one month security to be wired, since he is out of town. Then he asks for more monthly rent to be paid upfront in order to get the keys. Says if you don't pay additional rent, then you can have a refund. We asked for a refund. He and Michele disappeared.
