James Snyder gave us an estimate to remodel our mater bathroom, closet and master bedroom. Feb 28th 2024 was the start of it. The bathroom is still in the demolished state. He also had a worker cut into the concrete cutting into five rebars cut on both sides half inch. This effected the structural integrity by 40 % this is HOA owned commercial property. So we terminated his services for obvious reasons. His license # 610318 is not able to contract. We are currently in contract with a structural engineers to fix this issue.
