told me he could only activate using it. I didn't know how much it would cost so I paid him due to needing it activated. However, the first time I went in the store he told me he didn't know much about by type of phone. The next day I looked up the phone number and called. Specifically asked if he could activate my phone and he said yes. I paid him, however I called Boost Mobile online to ascertain my phone was activated. I was told no. I told them the situation and they activated if for free.
