Type of a scam Online Purchase
The lawnmower was ordered June 2,2023. June 13th, 3023 I contacted PayPal to dispute this charge. They stated that a dispute regarding this transaction had been opened and closed by us on the same date of purchase. This is completely false. I would not file a dispute about a charge for a product I had just placed an order for. I opened up a dispute 2 more times with PayPal and they were both closed, not by me.
My estimation is that the company utilized the transaction id to open and close disputes with the knowledge of PayPals policy NOT to refund clients in this predicament.
The company WodsinizartyAtieropinaz also Jardin Emma is not reachable or returning our emails. PayPal will not refund our account. When Jardin Emma is googled websites indicating that this is a scam fake company are immediately seen in the search.
This is a very new scam through PayPal. I estimate you will begin to see more scams like this in the near future. I hope no one else goes through this.
Essentially we have been scam victims of both Jardin Emma as well as PayPal.
