I just went through the same experience with a man pretending to be Steve Cushman. Wanted to buy 15,000 in oil from our company. I asked him the questions I would normally as someone in my industry and he was unable to answer them, that flagged me. He got a little rude as to why I had not responded yet, so I engaged again and then go sent to the shipping company. I asked IT and they said it was fraud.

I had a very similar experience as notated by other reviewers. My sales team was initially contacted by a Steven Bobby, [email protected], about purchasing steel plates from us. After spending a couple of days of corresponding back and forth and finalizing what he needed he instructed me to proceed with the order and advised me that he wanted it shipped to his wife's company in the Solomon Islands using Jasmine Shipping Company. I immediately shut down all contact and instructed my sales team to do the same. I have attached a screenshot of the last email I received from him that is identical to one another reviewer posted.

Someone named Steve Cushman contacted my company and was interested in purchasing 13,500 face shields, he said that he would have them picked up. His information also said he was located in Florida. When it was time to pay and figure out when he would send the truck to pick up, "Steve" emailed back saying that he wanted me to use his freight forwarder to ship to his wife's business in the Solomon Islands. I immediately knew that something was up and told him we weren't interested in being scammed. BEWARE OF "STEVE CUSHMAN" AND JASMINE SHIPPING THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

A person calling himself "Terry Thomas" who is supposedly from The USVI used a stolen a credit card to purchase 4 of our amazing electric treadmill bikes. He insisted we use Jasmine shipoping Company where my contact was a guy named "Mark". The total charge on the card was $16,500.00, $6600 of which was ear marked to be paid via wire transfer to JSC. Being familiar with the characterisitics of these tyopes of scams we contacted the FTC, Mastercard, our local police etc and filded complaints and made them aware of the scam.
DO NOT USE JASMIONE SHIPPING COMPANY OR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are a total scam.

We just had the same request by a Steve Cushman for Good Steve Ltd. He wants to buy $9,000 of lighting fixtures to be shipped to his wifes business in the Soloman Islands and has recommended Jasmine Shipping Company. Be aware.

I got the same request for 200 microscopes shipped to the Virgin Islands to his wife he will pay all shipping etc.etc. I have no contact information but wanted us to use the same shipping company. In the past we have seen these scams and even the shipping company were you are to get a tracking number which had a great website was all fake. You get a tracking number but it is all phony ask for their website information Not sure if the shipping company is in on this or not

I just received a similar order for my products. He wanted 200 shipped the US Virgin Islands for his wife's business. He offered to pay the invoice total in full, all shipping costs and wanted me to use Jasmine Shipping, only. There is no phone number or any means of verifying or contacting the person making the request.

We get these every few months via email where a person pretends to order a large order and then wants me to use their shipping company and they reimburse me for the cost.

He wanted to order 150 banners for a soccer camp. Said he'd pick them up. Then I gave him an outragous quote and he immediately emailed back:

Thank you very much for getting back to me with your price. I am ready to make full payment for the order but first I would like to recommend you to a freight company who will be responsible for the pickup and shipment from your location when we are done. Below is their contact details and delivery address of the order as well.
