Jason ******* sells broken appliances locally through Craigslist. He sold us an appliance for $220 which does not work. Jason ******* claims that he gives 90 days warranty, but he mislead us and other customers in the area. He did not fix the broken appliance, and although claiming he will pick it up for a refund, Jason ******* gave false dates and times for being here, and never showed up to fix or take away the broken appliance. We have spent days waiting for appointments that never happened. We lost work days, money, and the whole situation has put a tremendous stress on our family. He has numerous posts selling appliances on Craigslist, and seem to have scammed other buyers as well. This needs to stop as he takes advantage of powerless and the poor in our community.
