There was an order number under company name then a message after addressing me by my email name (not my actual one) that went:
"We apologize for the delay. We are emailing you to inform you that you are currently charged $316.88 for your GS-Tech Network 24 that was scheduled to be automatically renewed today."
Under that was a table with "order information" and "payment - online" and "order status - processing" before a final message: "The full amount will be debited from your account within 24 to 48 hours.
If you wish to cancel this plan, please call us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.

I did not call the number or click on anything, just reported it spam after reciewing.
