I was looking for flight on google and this website pop up Jettravels.com. I put all my information and destination and the payment information. It seemed legit because it appeared with other legit companies like Expedia or Priceline for comparison. Later that day, the customer service called me and verify all the information. He informed me that I will receive my boarding passes one day before my flight (09/24/24). I called them couple times before that date just making sure that everything is in order. On 09/24/24 I called again, and the agent informed me that I will receive my boarding passes in couple hours. At 5pm on 09/24/24 I called again because I never receive my boarding passes. The phone was busy, and I was on hold for over an hour that I send them email multiple times no answer. Later that day, I requested a refund and cancellation of the reservation. In the morning on 09/25/24 I receive an email with some random person name on the boarding pass from different city and different time. I send them email again stating I want my money back and I don't want any service from them anymore.
