They have an ad on facebook to purchase a good quality Christmas tree, even have a video. They have a link to a website selling other products as well but the order never came even tho it said it would only take 7-10 business days. “Customer service” seems to be a fake person claiming no refunds due to advanced stages of processing yet won’t give tracking info and then go back to saying they are getting ready to ship, to troubles with logistics.
