Type of a scam Online Purchase
Communication was made exclusively through Facebook messenger. Seller assured in writing that the refrigerator was 3 years old with no functional issues.
Service team arrived to install the unit. Payment was made. Refrigerator never got cold and all our groceries spoiled. Contacted service for repair and found out the compressor was bad.
Contacted the seller regarding the issue. She stated she would send her guy to replace the compressor. He never arrived. Contacted the seller again. She assured us she would fix the problem. We asked for a refund and to return the refrigerator. Her response was to block us in facebook with no further response.
Their address with the ScamPulse.com is a false address. The address leads to an empty office in a shopping center by military circle mall.
