Received a fraudulent invoice for products we never ordered

********** Academy received an invoice in the postal mail from JBB Company LLC for products we didn't order or receive. The invoice included the name of our facility manager as a recipient. The facility manager called the number on the invoice and it was disconnected. He never ordered the items and upon a simple google search, we found that this company is fraudulent.

Not a real company- FAKE invoices

Our church also received an "invoice", the description does not really tell you what it is, so we tried to call. When we called it went to a strange message which led me search the internet and found this page! We like everyone else have never heard of this company or do business with anyone with this name. The invoice does appear to be legit, but thankful for everyone here who has shared experiences! Please be careful!

It's A Scam!

This company targets churches and schools. I am the Administrative/Financial Secretary of my church...ALL orders and invoices come through me and ONLY ME! My first tip-off was that this company was not in my Vendor files and the second was that our custodian's name was listed as the recipient. EVERYONE, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM! SHRED THAT INVOICE!

Our church office received an invoice from JBB Company LLC for items we never ordered or received. After checking what the product would be and seeing that our janitor's name was the "Recipient," (our janitor does not order cleaning supplies) it raised some red flags. Now seeing that other churches have received similar invoices, churches and schools should beware of any invoice from JBB Company LLC.

Scamming a Church - bad KARMA! We received their invoice for cleaning supplies that referenced our facility manager, was a total fake. Luckily my a/p person caught that they were a fake company... BEWARE! They claim to be out of Maryland and the phone number is bogus.

JBB CO LLC sent our church a fake invoice for a total of about $600. When I called to check what it was in regards to, I was sent to their voicemail inbox with a message that their inbox was full. I also sent an email to follow up and received no reply.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES.

An invoice was received addressed to the church referencing the Facility manager. It had Net 15 terms and requested payment through check or Venmo.
