I am a business owner who trusted Jasmine to file my business taxes. She said she was experienced and assured me she would be able to file the taxes by the deadline. I have emails documenting these interactions. When I asked about filing an extension, she informed me that I would not need to file one. She did not complete my taxes and stopped responding to all emails. I am now left paying IRS penalties. I already tried to report to IRS, but they denied my appeal. I just want to warn other business owners.
