1. I had to purchase a TRB product which I had to pay $1000 to see the funds 1st. 2nd. Pay $4000 to get a TRB Priority Card. 3. They stated I was supposed to heard from them within 3 weeks before I get my TRB Priority Card. Never got any communication. 4. It's supposed to be 25-35 business days. 4. Eve (Representative) stated that they mail the TRB Priority card out for free when I told why when I already paid for it. I have asked what the date was when they mail the TRB Priority Card out @ 7: 10 a.m. (January 16) and Eve could not give me answer and I asked twice. She stated that she answers my question and she did not. She deleted the whole conversation that I had with her.
